Stylist
To provide professional, quality services for guests. To work with Creative Director in leading the salon staff in education and artistic direction. Serve as a roe model for Mentor Stylists, Senior Stylists, Stylists and Salon Associates.
Description of Duties:
- Co-coordinate with Creative Director the artistic direction for the salon staff
- Responsible for creating the Education Calendar on a quarterly basis
- Lead the Mentor stylists and Senior Stylists through the teaching process
- Assess outcomes of training s through the use of ongoing evaluation procedures
- Hold quarterly meetings for educators
- Serve as a role model for staff by maintaining above average client retention, service to retail revenue and percent booked
- Ensure consistent delivery of services to clients
- Develop and facilitate basic/advanced haircutting curriculum and guest service training for Mentor Stylists, Senior Stylists, Stylists and Salon Associates
- Motivate and mentor staff on daily basis
- Have initiative to make contacts with Salon Owners and Manager and promote the staff for outside events
- Greet and service all clients in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product knowledge to clients on all products used during services as well as cross-domain sell
- Must ensure all guests receive Stress Relieving Experience
- Escort clients upon completion of service to check-out area
- Present a well groomed ted gibson unified look
- Maintain equipment and station cleanliness at all times
- Complete each service within the designated time frame
- Meet and track all service and retail goals
- Work within the guidelines of recommended product usage per service
- Must attend and participate in all meetings, workshops and product knowledge classes
- Other duties as assigned and/or requested
