Description of Duties:

• Greet and service all clients in a professional and timely manner
• Perform a thorough consultation with all clients
• Provide product knowledge to clients on all products used during services as well as cross-domain sell
• Must ensure all guests receive Stress Relieving Experience
• Escort clients upon completion of service to check-out area
• Present a well groomed ted gibson unified appearance
• Maintain equipment and station cleanliness at all times
• Complete each service within the designated time frame
• Maintain extensive knowledge of products and services
• Meet and track all service and retail goals
• Work within the guidelines of recommended product usage per service
• Must attend and participate in all meetings, workshops and product knowledge classes
• Other duties assigned and/or requested
