(Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Cancelling an appointment: A cancellation must be made at least 24 hours
ahead of time or else you will be charged 50% of the total service. If you do
not show up or call for an expected appointment you will be charged the full
services fee.
If a guest is dissatisfied with his/her service for any reason, we will adjust
the cut or color if it is scheduled within 10 days of the original appointment.
Neck and bang trims are a complimentary service offered once between
each haircut service. It is only to clean around the ears or hairline, or to trim
the bangs.
